Pater Noster in Greek
Πατέρα
μας,
ὁποῦ
εἶσαι
εὶς
τοὺς
οὐρανοὺς.
Our Father, who art in heaven
Ἄς
εἶναι
ἁγιασμένον
τὸ
ὀνομά
σου.
hallowed be thy name
Ἄς
ἔλθη
ἡ
βασιλεία
σου.
thy kingdom come
Ἄς
γένη
τὸ
θελημά
σου,
ὡσὰν
γίνεται
εἰς
τὸν
οὐρανὸν,
ἔτζι
καὶ
εἰς
τὴν
γῆν.
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
Δὸς
μας,
σήμερον
τὸ
καθημερινὸν
μας
ψωμί.
Give us this day our daily bread
Καὶ
συμπάθησαί
μας
τὰ
χρέη
μας,
ὡσὰν
καὶ
ἐμεῖς
συμπαθοῦμεν
ἐκείνους
ὁποῦ
μας
χρεοσοῦσι.
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us
Καὶ
μὴ
μᾶς
βάλλεις
εἰς
πειρασμὸν.
and lead us not into temptation
Αλλὰ
ἐλευθέρωσε
μας
ἀπὸ
τὸν
πονηρὸν.
but deliver us from evil.
Διατί
ἐδικὴ
σου
εἶναι
ἡ
βασιλεία
,
καὶ
ἡ
δύναμις,
καὶ
ἡ
δόξα
εἰς
τοὺς
αἰῶνας.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever.
Αμήν.
Amen
