  Fæder ure thu the earth on heofenum.

  Our Father, who art in heaven

  Si thin nama gehalgod.

  hallowed be thy name

  To be cume thin rice.

  thy kingdom come

  Gewurthe thin willa on eorthan swa swa on heofenum.

  thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven

  Urne ge dæghwanlican hlaf syle us to dæg.

  Give us this day our daily bread

  And forgyf us ure gyltas, swa swa we forgivath urum gyltendum.

  and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us

  And ne gelædde thu us on costnung.
