Pater Noster in Greek
Ω
Πατέρα
μας,
ὁ
ποῦ
εἶσαι
εἰς
τοὺς
οὐρανοὺς.
Our Father, who art in heaven
Ἄς
ἁγιασθῆ
τὸ
ὄνομά
σου.
hallowed be thy name
Ἂς
ἔλθη
ἡ
βασιλεία
σου.
thy kingdom come
Ἄς
γένη
τὸ
θέλημά
σου,
καθῶς
εἰς
τὸν
οὐρανὸν,
ἔτζι
καὶ
εἰς
τὴν
γῆν.
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
Τὸ
ψωμί
μας
τὸ
καθημερινὸν
δὸς
μας
τὸ
σήμερον.
Give us this day our daily bread
Καὶ
συγχώρησέ
μας
τὰ
χρέη
μας,
καθὼς
καὶ
ἐμεῖς
συγχωροῦμεν
τοὺς
χρεοφειλήτας
μας.
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us
Καὶ
μὴν
μᾶς
φέρεις
εἰς
πειρασμὸν.
and lead us not into temptation
Ἀλλὰ
ἐλευθέρωσέ
μας
ἀπὸ
τὸν
πονηρὸν.
but deliver us from evil.
Ὄτι
ἐδική
σου
εἶναι
ἡ
βασιλεία,
καὶ
ἡ
δύναμις,
καὶ
ἡ
δόξα,
εἰς
τοὺς
αἰῶνας.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever.
Αμήν.
Amen
